The new research out of Spain, which was published in the Journal of Clinical Endocrinology & Metabolism, examined 216 subjects who had been infected with the novel coronavirus and compared them with 197 healthy people in a control group. Bloodwork found that 82.2 percent of the group was deficient in serum 25-hydroxyvitamin D, AKA 25(OH)D, and that the group overall had lower levels of 25(OH)D in their system than the control group....
